We can work with your existing plans and drawings
If you already have a home design idea in mind, we can take your sketches or plans and collaborate with you to make them a reality.
However, if you are starting completely from scratch we can guide you through the whole architectural design and planning process – from the first draft right up to and including council submission and approval. We will guide you through each step to ensure the whole process moves as smoothly as possible.

Architectural planning & design
If more complex or advanced projects require, we work closely with a senior architect with over 30 years’ experience in home design, planning and council regulations.
No matter the size of the project, choosing the right architect is of utmost importance. Homes of all sizes benefit from clever use of space, materials and light, bringing extra value and style. An architect can bring incredible creativity and unique ideas to designs that usually exceed client expectations.
Our architectural home design process is simple and effective:
- After our architect consults with you he will provide preliminary sketch designs.
- Once you’re happy with those, we will provide a budget costing based on the sketches.
- If the design is within your budget, we will then provide a full set of drawings for lodgement with council.
This process prevents you from proceeding to expensive full architectural plans before the rude shock of finding the design is much more than you can afford – a situation we’ve seen many times.
Getting plans to council
We are experienced with the requirements of many Sydney local councils and can assist with the submission of new home plans through to approval. We can refer you to a private certifier who can undertake the process of council lodgement for you.
3D computer imaging and walk-throughs
If your project is large and complex, you will want to see and experience it in a way that plans can’t allow. Walk through a computer model of your architectural design project before a brick is laid so you can get every detail just right.
Modelmaking for public display
Some projects require architectural model making for public display and comment. Our contractors can produce a detailed and compelling model useful for a range of purposes.
