I engaged the services of Buildwyse Constructions for building work completed late in 2008 in Sydenham.

The work was unusual, a heritage-style construction and required negotiations with an extraordinary number of authorities.

I had never before, engaged the services of a builder, nor invested in such major structural works on my home.

My experience with Buildwyse was excellent. Scott assisted me with the complexities of the paper work with efficiency and a high degree of patience. As the building work progressed I was always kept informed of the progress and the schedule and involved in any of the decision making that took place along the way.

The finished work exceeds expectation and gives me great pride and satisfaction.

I thoroughly commend Buildwyse, for the competitive quote, the efficient and helpful information I was given in order to deal with the various authorities and the excellent quality of the workmanship and the completed work.

We just wanted to say thank you for the great job you did in installing the windows on the first floor of our terrace house. We are extremely happy with the job and many people have commented on how good they look.
Having had a few unpleasant experiences with builders and tradesmen, it was a refreshing change to have someone so professional with pride in their work. We would have absolutely no hesitation in referring you to other people wanting building work done and in fact have already recommended you to our architect and some other friends who are looking to get some work done.

SCOTT WELLINGS.

In 2003 Scott Wellings of Buildwyse Constructions carried out a major renovation on my house, converting and extending an upstairs attic into three bedrooms, a bathroom, storeroom, hallway and staircase.

The job - quite complex for a domestic renovation - was completed within the quoted time frame and for what I consider an eminently fair price: when compared with a number of other quotes, the cost was neither unreasonable low or high.

The workmanship throughout was quite simply superb. Scott takes pains, and insists on the highest standards. His workmen approached the job in the same way. It was a pleasure to have the whole team at my house during construction.

Scott was originally recommended to me by a friend - Sylvie Le Clezio - for whom he had carried out a similar renovation. Sylvie could not speak highly enough of Scott's workmanship and professional ethics.

Nor can I, and I am happy to recommend his services.
