- After our architect consults with you he will provide preliminary sketch designs.
- Once you're happy with those, we will provide a budget costing based on the sketches.
- If the design is within your budget, we will then provide a full set of drawings for lodgement with council.

Getting plans to council
We are experienced with the requirements of many Sydney local councils and can help with submission of plans to council right through to approval. We can refer you to a private certifier who can undertake the process of council lodgement for you.
3D computer imaging
If your project is large and complex, you will want to see and experience it in a way that plans can't allow. You can walk through a 3D computer model of your project before a brick is laid so you can get every detail just right.
Modelmaking
Some projects require architectural model making for public display and comment.
Having had a few unpleasant experiences with builders and tradesmen, it was a refreshing change to have someone so professional with pride in their work.
