We can recommend & organise a Licenced Pest Inspection company if needed. Or if you prefer to use a Licenced Pest Inspector you already know & trust, they are most welcome to carry out their inspection at the same time as us, or at a different time. The Australian Standards state that the Pest Report is classified as a “Special Purpose Report”. Therefore a specialised report as per AS 4349.3 separate to the building report must be produced. With this in mind, two separate inspectors should be used. Building inspection processes & Pest Inspection processes are very different. Also two seperate specialists are more likely to ensure all faults are detected. |  | |
