| 1. Designer meets informally with Client on site & creates a sketch design of the proposed works combined with a fee proposal to complete a full set of Council drawings & lodgement. 2. Builder meets informally with Client on site & provides an accurate budget costing of proposed works based on sketch design. 3. If Sketch design, Budget & Fee proposal are accepted by Client a full set of Council Drawings are then completed followed by a Firm True to Cost quotation. 4. On acceptance of Buildwyse Quotation a Master Builders Association fixed price contract is then completed & signed by both Client & Builder. Included in the Contract is a firm project start & completion date. | | ||||
